Policies & Guidelines

Please do not book without reading and agreeing to all of my policies. I know—rules are no fun—but boundaries are healthy 🙂. These guidelines are here to protect your time, my time, and the quality of your experience. If you don’t agree to the following, your appointment may be cancelled. Thank you for respecting my process!

Payments & Gratuity


• Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Cash App, and Zelle

• Checks are not accepted

• Gratuity is a personal choice—always appreciated via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle

Health & Allergies

• Please notify me in advance if you have any allergies or sensitivities

• If you are feeling sick, please stay home and reschedule to protect my health and other clients

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please do so with at least 72 hours' notice

• Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your appointment

Late Policy

• Please text me if you’re running late

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I won’t be able to accommodate you and your appointment will be cancelled

Children & Guests

• Please do not bring children to your appointment

• The salon is not a supervised or safe environment for kids and distractions can affect the quality of your service

• If you can’t find childcare, please reschedule at least 72 hours in advance

Respect Policy

• I reserve the right to refuse service if you are disrespectful or disruptive

• If necessary, I will ask you to leave the salon
